Villa Araliya is modern, breezy, with scenic panoramic views of Scarborough
and the ocean.
The Villa itself sleeps 8 persons and provides every amenity for a very
comfortable, trouble free vacation in Tobago. The rates are moderate, and offer
very good value for money. The entire house is tiled and is furnished tastefully
yet comfortably. Guests are met on arrival at Crown Point International Airport
for a courtesy transfer to the Villa where a Welcome drink awaits your arrival.
The building is on 3 floors. Ground floor has a laundry room with washer and
dryer, and sheltered secure car parking for 2 vehicles. Laundry service is
provided by the Maid.
First floor has a spacious open plan Living/ Dining room off a modern kitchen.
The Living room walls are decorated with Caribbean art and outfitted with
comfortable soft furnishings. To one side there is a study with Cable TV and
internet access for your convenience. The whole area opens on to an L shaped
open air veranda with comfortable lounging chairs and outdoor dinner table. Here
you face the surrounding hillsides, the ocean and the morning sunrise ..... wake
up to the Caribbean!! At night enjoy the lights across the sea and Scarborough
in the distance. It's magical.
The Dining Room seats 8. The Kitchen contains all modern equipment and
appliances including: full size 2 door fridge, 4 burner electric stove, coffee
maker, toaster, microwave, blender, mixers .... There is cutlery and crockery
for 8 persons. Maid service can be extended to include cooking - please enquire.
Top floor houses the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two have ocean views and two
have garden views. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans; and all
bed and bath linens are provided.
The Master bedroom - with ocean view - has a Queen size bed, walk in clothes
closet, private Toilet with shower and bath tub, hot and cold water. The second
bedroom - with ocean view - has a Queen size bed and en suite Toilet with
shower, hot and cold water. The third and fourth bedrooms have garden views and
share a full bathroom with shower and tub, hot and cold water. One bedroom has a
Queen size bed and one has two single/twin size beds.
There is also a brand new pool and Jacuzzi.
